Pair Stock-Height Ultra-Flex Rubber Motor Mounts for 2.5L Jeep
The Brown Dog has friends with Cherokee XJ who have experienced a sagging motor mount. This is why we engineered these replacement motor mounts for extreme strength. You'll find these mounts a serious upgrade from most other mounts, too. The double-stud mount, used on right (passenger-side) bolts to the original frame-side bracket. The left (driver-side mount) bolts to the left bracket just like the original mounts.
High Performance Design.
We use steel and feature double-weld joints to provide the most strength possible. And, just to make sure, we periodically pull a set of mounts off the shelf and put them through our 20-Ton Press Test. We have yet to see a Brown Dog MM or MML with a structural failure.
Featuring Ultra-Flex Rubber Bushings.
These Brown Dog motor mounts feature our proprietary Ultra-Flex Rubber bushings designed to dampen drive-train vibration. If this is your daily driver, you may find these bushings well worth the extra money. Should you ever need to replace the bushings, well have them. Prefer Classic Polyurethane bushings? Mounts bolt directly to the frame-side bracket or cradle, in the identical position of the stock mounts and are for use with OE engine brackets.

Carefully inspect engine brackets for any excess wear, especially cracks. The original brackets weren't designed to handle the strength of these high-performance motor mounts. If engine brackets need replaced, do NOT order these mounts. Instead, order the appropriate upgrade kit.
- Tighten through-bolts (bolt that goes through bracket arms and motor mount) snug. Do not overtighten locknuts on throughbolts.

Bolts to pylons should be tightened like most others on your Jeep frame. Nice and tight.
