INTERNET SAFETY regarding Shipping
We have seen an alarming trend involving the "Company" field of the personal information section of the order. Many people are putting their birth year in the company field. By doing this, you unnecessarily give up one piece of information that can be used for identity theft. There is a myth that by providing something in the "Company" field, your parcel will get some kind of preferential handling; this is totally FALSE. This information is being put forward by unscrupulous individuals. It is never a good idea to give more information than necessary. Further, with automated address verification, an address can be REJECTED when irrelevant information is provided. If an address is rejected it will need to be manually verified and corrected. This takes time and COULD DELAY DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. Leave the "Company" field blank unless you are shipping to a bonafide business address.

How Long is shipping transit time?
Shipments to the 48 states have been taking 2 or 3 days once it leaves Brown Dog. Alaska and Hawaii customers should add one day. Call 866-401-3877 if you have shipping questions.

Is my product in stock? If not, how long will production take?
• If the product you order is in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation number the same or following day (shipping usually occurs in 24 hours or less). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays (Post Office Closed).
• Unfortunately, we are unable to predict sales volumes with 100% accuracy. Sometimes delays happen.
• If you're planning to upgrade your rig, don't wait until the last minute to order your mounts and/or brackets.
• Remember, we are the manufacturer! We do not have distributors. There is no such thing as a back order while waiting for the product to be shipped across the ocean from an offshore manufacturer.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a tracking number; it will be sent to the email address you provided. Receipt of the tracking number is the official notice that your order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, your order has not shipped (except in very special and rare cases that we would make you aware of).

IMPORTANT: When you place an order with us your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to your mailing address. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once your order is in the hands of the designated carrier. By placing an order, you are agreeing to hold us harmless for any and all damages due to the performance of the carrier. Delays in shipping must be addressed to the designated carrier by you.

US Postal Service Priority Mail is used for all shipping.
• No minimum purchase requirements. Ever.
• A shipping confirmation number will be emailed when your order ships.
• ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, transit time is generally 2-3 days (longer during holidays).
• Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 3-4 days transit (longer during holidays).
• USA Territories: Allow 3-4 days transit (longer during holidays).
• APO/FPO (military forwarding addresses): Expect the normal delays. (And thank you for protecting us.)

• Super Brackets, Xtreme Kits, and Stock Height Super Kits: Starting at US$78.90
• Super Kits with Motor Mount Lifts: Starting at US$94.90
• Customs/VAT - You are responsible for VAT, duty, customs, and any other international fees.
• All normal customs documents will be included with shipment.
• A shipping confirmation number will be emailed when your order ships.

• Super Brackets, Xtreme Kits, and Stock Height Super Kits: Starting at US$97.90

• Customs/VAT - You are responsible for VAT, duty, customs, and any other international fees.
• All normal customs documents will be included with shipment.
